American Classics, LLC can do them all! We are highly experienced in custom homes, home renovations and additions, and even new home developments. We love helping our customers with their "American Dream" of building that special new home or turning their cherished current home into their dream home! 

For new homes: We can help you find the right building lot, help with the approval process, help with guiding you to the right financial institution, and then help with the needed engineering and architectural drawings to get the release of the building permit and start the dream! For additions and renovations: We can help layout your dream, guide you with the proper architectural and engineering, and then bring you through the approval process to building permits.

For new homes: We have our own plans which you can use, or you can bring your own and we will work from them. We can even just start with sketches and ideas to get to our budget and then bring in the architects and engineers to finalize.
